Men of Northlake! This Friday, Nov 4th, at 6pm begins our 5th Annual Men’s Spiritual Renewal Weekend. We kick off with some of Aaron Zee’s famous ribs followed by a rich time of learning and conversation with one another as Dr. Jerry Taylor from Abilene Christian University leads our thoughts.
Jerry Taylor has been in ministry in Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. He spent time working with inner city Atlanta while here. He joined ACU six years ago to teach and train young ministers. He is currently working on a book on prophetic preaching. He organizes the New Wineskins Ministers Retreat. And he is the proud father of two.
Our weekend continues with breakfast at 8am on Saturday. After our meal we will enjoy more of Dr Taylor’s words on “Life in the Spirit: Embody the Mystery.” A BBQ lunch to follow.
