Elder Selection Process Guidelines and Nomination Forms are now available in the Gallery. If you are a member of Northlake, we ask that you read the guidelines, and prayerfully consider your choices. Once completed, place them in the white box in the Gallery. Please note that even though nomination forms may be accessed online through our weekly email, a hard copy nomination form is required (actual nomination cannot be done online). All forms must be signed and received by Sunday, October 23.
